I use a lot of gourds and watery vegetables in summer.We have been enjoying this dal many a time ever since summer began and this simple recipe is a true champion to have emerged from my kitchen.

Lauki Moong Dal|绿豆咖喱葫芦

茴香瓢瓜fresh ginger,阿魏和其他香料。

成分:

2汤匙酥油或植物油

1/2茶匙孜然籽

2 tsp fresh ginger

1/2茶匙阿魏

1条青辣椒

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

1/2~3/4茶匙红辣椒粉

2 tsp coriander seed powder

1个中型瓶装葫芦,peeled and cut into 1”cubes

220克(1杯)绿豆

1000毫升(4杯)水

1/2茶匙盐或调味

1石灰汁

方法:

把绿豆洗干净,把葫芦切成方块。

在压力锅里加热酥油。Once it melts put in the cumin seeds.大约30秒后,when the cumin seeds sizzle and change colour add the ginger,阿魏and green chili.Stir fry for 30 seconds and put in the turmeric powder,红辣椒粉和芫荽籽粉。

把切碎的葫芦拌进去。Add the washed mung dal and mix well.

倒入水、盐和压力煮3口哨。

豆腐煮熟后,squeeze the juice of 1 lime and mix again.

搭配烤肉或米饭一起热吃。
